Indian Barbecued chicken salad- A salad prepared with flaked Tandoori chicken. Chicken marinated with Indian spices and yogurt, cook in Tandoor or barbecued in a grill, flaked and mix with onion, peppers, tomatoes, lettuce tossed with a tangy chat dressing , topped with crispy sev and coriander. An easy to make chicken salad for any parties, quite spicy and tangy in taste, this salad will kick start you parties in a different level. here we go

 400 g Chicken breast
 2 tbsp yogurt
 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 ½ tsp Chat masala
 2 tbsp Mustard oil
 Salt to taste
 125 g Onion
 125 g Tomato
 75 g Capsicum
 100 g Lettuce
 50 g Sev
For dressing
 2 tbsp oil
 ½ tsp Chat masala
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
 ½ tsp Chopped green chilli
 salt and pepper

Marinate the cleaned chicken breast with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, salt, pepper, mustard oil and leave aside for a hour.
Grill the chicken on a BBQ grill or pan fry and remove, flake the chicken.
Peel the onion and slice, slice capsicum, tomatoes, cut lettuce and keep aside.

Mix all the vegetables and chicken together in a bowl. Toss with lemon juice, chat masala, oil, chopped coriander and chilli. Check the seasoning.
Serve cold garnished with lemon wedge and sev on top.
