American Beef Burger- A name twinkle in mind when hearing about convenience food. Burgers and sandwiches are engraved in million's memory despite borders, race and color. A patty of meat, tucked in between a bun with veggies and cheese is a comfort food to many. French fries or Potato chips gives a good companion to it.
Generally known as Ham burger- the dish has rare connection with Ham. Hamburger was believed to be originated in Hamburg, Germany so that the name applied and it is brought to United states of America where it been the hot favorite. and now America owns the dish with variations in many. Giant food chains like McDonald and Burger King popularize the burger over borders and continents. Today burgers had attained a wide popularity among the millions of people despite the campaigning of slow food and sustainable cuisine.

For Beef Patties
 500 g Minced lean beef
 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
 2 tbsp Chopped celery
 2 tbsp Chopped onion
 1 tbsp Thyme
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tbsp Mustard dijon
 6 qts Salt and Pepper
Other ingredients
 4 Burger bun
 1 Lettuce
 2 Onion
 2 Tomatoes
 4 Sliced cheese
 1 tsp Butter

Saute chopped garlic, onion and celery in little oil and keep aside.
Mix together minced beef, sauteed mixture, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, seasoning, mustard, beaten egg and mix nicely to combine all ingredients together.
Divide into four balls and shape into patties in between the palms .

Heat a griddle, sprinkle little oil and grill the beef patties on both side till it cooked well done. Remove and keep

Cut the burger bun into two, apply butter and grill it.
in the bottom half of the bun, place two lettuce leaves, sliced onion, tomato and then the cooked beef patty. Top with sliced cheese and close with other half. Insert a bamboo skewer into it and garnish with cherry tomato.
