Greek Salad- The traditional Vegetables and cheese salad from Greece has acclaimed popularity since mid eval times. Fresh greens such as lettuce, cucumbers, green capsicums along with Mediterranean sun bliss-ed tomatoes, olives and refreshing feta cheese and tossed with nourishing lemon dressing is a simple nutritious salad which can easily prepare. It is colorful and packed with energy boosters and it imparts cooling and refreshing effect to the body.
Here we go for the classic Greek salad.

 1 cup Cucumber Cubes
 1 cup Tomato cubes
 ½ cup Capsicum cubes
 ½ cup Red onion diced
 ¼ cup Black olives
 ¼ cup Feta cheese cut into cubes
 1 cup Lettuce ice burg
For dressing
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 Salt and pepper
 ¼ tsp Oregano
 1 tsp Chopped mint

Whisk the lemon juice and olive oil together to a nice emulsion. Add oregano, mint, salt and pepper.

Place all ingredients for salad in a bowl, generously sprinkle the dressing over it and serve chilled.
