Grilled chicken- A simple chicken dish which can prepare easily. Chicken marinated with spices, garlic, lemon juice and cooked on a open grill, basting with butter and cooking for perfection is an all time choice for a barbecue party.

 1 Chicken
 2 tbsp Large garlic cloves, Peeled and chopped
 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary leaves
 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
 2 tsp Mustard paste
 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
 1 tbsp Coarse sea salt
 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Garnish (Optional)
 1 qt Thyme
 1 pinch Basel

Clean the chicken and cut it into 12 pieces.
Mix together, olive oil, garlic, herbs, mustard, spices, lemon juice and salt and marinate the chicken with it.
Leave refrigerated for 2 hours.

Heat a grill, apply oil over the rack and place the chicken over it.
Grill the chicken on all sides on slow flame till it is done.
Baste frequently with olive oil to avoid burning.

Remove from the grill once the chicken has done .
garnish with lemon rings and serve hot.
