Panzanella- This a summer salad from the Tuscany region of Italy. The region is so famous for its fresh produce and herbs. The word Panzanella literally means 'Pane' is bread and 'Zanella' - a deep plate in Italian language. Fresh tomatoes, cucumber, onions and breads tossed with Italian vinaigrette is a good choice of seasonal summer salad. In European community salads and soups has a major role in dining table and this salad is one of the favorite among them.

 2 Tomatoes
 2 Cucumber
 2 Onion
 4 Bread pices
 3 Basil leaves
For the vinaigrette
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Chopped garlic
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
 Salt and black pepper powder

Wash and cut the tomatoes into dices. Peel the onions and slice. Wash and cut the cucumber into dice. Slice the basil leaf.
Toast the bread pieces on a pan and cut into dices.

Combine all together for the dressing , mix well into a nice emulsion.

Put all the vegetables, basil and bread pieces in a bowl, pour over the vinaigrette , toss well.
Serve chilled garnished with basil leaves.
