Thai style Chicken on Lemon grass stick- A favorite snack from Thailand which is easy to prepare and delicious. Minced chicken seasoned with galangal, kaffir lime leaves and other Asian condiments, and shape around the tip of a lemon grass stick and grilled to perfection is a treat to eyes as well the palate. The juicy and flavorful chicken starter can win the hearts of your guests easily and here we go , the simple and hearty Chicken on lemongrass.

 800 g Chicken mince
 4 tbsp Lemongrass
 1 tbsp Minced galalngal
 4 Sliced Kaffir lime leaves
 20 g Garlic
 ½ cup Chopped coriander leaves
 1 tbsp Fish sauce
 2 tsp Soy sauce
 ½ tsp Pepper powder
 Salt to taste

Cut the lemon grass green part and make 10-12 sticks which can hold the chicken. Remaining white to be chopped.
Grind together the chopped lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, garlic to a coarse paste.

Mix the chicken mince with the ground paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Mix nicely and divide the mince into 10 portions.
Take one lemon grass stick and, shape the mince into one part of it firmly to hold. Repeat with the rest of the chicken

Heat the skillet, sprinkle little oil and place the chicken lemongrass skewer in that. Pan fry both sides in medium flame, basting with oil frequently, till the chicken has done and golden brown in color all the sides.
Remove from the fire and serve hot with Thai sweet chilli sauce.
