Vegetable crudites with Ranch dip- A simple to make party salad. Batons of colorful vegetables like red and green capsicum, carrots, tomato, onions, served on a bed of garden fresh green lettuce with a wholesome Parmesan yogurt dip will easily attain guest's attention. The dip is made with beaten yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and seasoning is so refreshing and finger licking one.

 2 Green capsicum
 2 Red Capsicum
 2 Cucumber
 2 Onion
 2 Tomato
 100 g Carrot
 100 g Lettuce
For the dip
 ½ cup Mayonnaise
 ½ cup Sour cream
 ½ cup Butter milk
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 1 tbsp Chopped chives
 1 tsp Chopped parsley
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 Salt and black pepper powder -to taste

Peel onions and cut into half, and then cut into finger shape.
Cut the flesh from the tomatoes and cut into finger shape.
Peel one cucumber , remove the seeds and cut into same shape. One cucumber cut into round slice and scoop out the seed to keep as a ring.
Peel the carrots and cut into batons.
Remove the seeds from the capsicums and cut into batons.

For the dip-
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream and butter milk. Mix in all the spices and herbs, mix well and keep aside.

Tuck a bunch of veg batons in to the cucumber ring and serve on top of lettuce bed with Ranch dip.
