Pasta cooked with chicken in a creamy sauce. A simple and yet filling, pastas are always enjoyed by millions of peoples today. There were more than 150 Varieties of Pastas prevailed in Italy. Because of its wide availability ,today pasta and pasta dishes acclaimed hearts of connoisseurs across the globe.
Boil the pasta as per the instructions given in the packet. Drain it, mix with little oil and keep aside
For making white sauce- Heat butter in a pan, add the flour and fry in low flame till the raw flavor disappears. Pour cold milk and mix nicely without any lumps. Add the studded onion and simmer in low flame till the sauce thickens. Remove, strain and keep aside.
Heat Olive oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic without changing the color. Add the chicken and pasta, toss well, add white sauce, chopped basil and seasoning. Finish with cream and remove from fire
Serve the pasta hot with grated cheese on top.
