Aam ki Panna- A very refreshing summer drink. Raw mangoes boiled and blended with mint and other spices gives a quick kick to your laziness in hot summers. As mangoes are abundantly available in summer season, people makes concentrate for this drink and keep in stock and use as required by diluting with water.
Pressure cook the mangoes with skin until soft. Cool and remove the skin.
Blend the pulp along with mint leaves, salt, sugar, 4 cups water and all other spices.
Adjust the seasoning
Pour into the glass with crushed ice , garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice, serve chilled.
