Egg masala fry- Mutta varattiyathu- Boiled eggs tossed in dry spices and herbs. Very simple, very unique this snack can be prepared in minutes. No much pre-preparation required, and you all need some eggs and spices.
Eggs are very versatile food. I remember one day that one of my friend asked me to suggest few egg dishes as he was unable to make out more than boiled egg, fried egg, egg curry and omelet. I penned down nearly 50 dishes in a minute with eggs and he wondered. Wow, we can do so mush dishes from these small ingredient. That's egg.
Here just boiled egg tossed with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, black pepper, garam masala and some chopped coriander. It so simple, so delicious. Lets goooooo

Boil the eggs in hot water for ten minute, remove and peel it, make some gashes on egg white.

Heat oil in a kadai, fry curry leaves, saute ginger garlic paste, add all dry spices and fry well. add salt and boiled egg.

Stir fry well till the eggs are coated with the masala. Add chopped coriander mix well and remove.
