Merry Berry Fool- Fool is an English originated dish basically made of crushed fruits and cream. Earlier known as 'Foole' the exact reason why the dish is known by that name. Still debatable but its thinking that the name Fool is originated from the French word 'Fouler' means to crush. Generally Fools were prepared with a variety of berries and fruits. Here we are making the treat with strawberry and raspberry. Along with mascarpone cheese and cream , this dessert will take off in full length and wave in your get togethers.
Whisk together the mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, cream and vanilla essence till fluffy.
Crush 3/4 th of raspberries and mix with the mascarpone mixture.
Cut rest of the raspberry into two, slice the strawberries.
Take four dessert bowl , arrange strawberry slices in the base pour half of the cream into it. Top with sliced raspberry and top with remaining cream.
Garnish with raspberry and strawberry slice and chopped pistachios.
Serve chilled.
