Crush the grapes, add the sugar and warm water.

Mix all the ingredients together and ,pour in a jar ,cover and keep for 21 days, mix it everyday with a wooden spoon.

21 st day, strain it and pour into dry bottles,After two days pour the wine slowly into another bottles and throw away the bottom sediments.

Pour it into cleaned dry bottles ,cover and use as necessary.
